AidaBOT Beta tested in COVID-19 tele-survey project - Calliotel

AidaBOT is our new Virtual Assistant service. AidaBOT use
AI technology to understand the phone conversation. AidaBOT
helped for Contact Center to run a survey. We wanted to know
people’s feelings and opinions about Covid-19. Aida asked people
in 2 questions and gather answers with text2speech.
AidaBOT reached 68% of people picked up the phone and 48%
of them answered fo each question. If we compare the answer
rate with normal survey calls, it is the same. But if we see the
invested time and money it was ten times cheaper and 15 times
